I believe knight of resignation and knight of faith are both religious. Waiting on an experienced editor to come look at this, but Kierkegaard definitely distinguishes as follows:
- Aesthetic (slaves)
- Ethical (ethicists)
- Religious (knights of infinite resignation OR knights of faith)
