Of the the releases under his name, I personally have copies of 2003 BeBop and Beyond (Knoel Scott, Ajiboye Production) and 2007 Live in Alaska - Knoel Scott (Barney McClure productions) and they are documented on several sites like https://www.discogs.com/Knoel-Scott-Live-In-Alaska/release/2976372 and http://www.united-mutations.com/s/knoel_scott_bebopandbeyond.htm
A basic search on apple music brings up his name on 1990 Mayan Temples by Sun Ra and His Arkestra but a lot of the other records are on vinyl and were never released digitally with the complete information booklet.

New source: In Media Ra
editFrom the article "In Media Ra" by A.D.Amorosi appeared on the Philadelphia Inquierer December 1999: "Marshall Allen, Ra's principle saxophonist since the mid '50s, took over the Arkestra, living in Ra House in Germantown, playing Ra's music as well as his own. In his hands and those of saxophonist Knoel Scott (In Ra's band since 1979), Allen has continued the business of interstellar jazz" and again "Allen and Scott had a taste for the educational process; they realised the Ra's legacy must be passed on. Allen ("the sweetest guy") and Scott ("the task master")wanted locals with an inner glow and were exceedingly flexible in their playing and thinking. If you weren't free thinking, you weren't Ra enough" .Harlesdenbop (talk) 12:59, 25 September 2017 (UTC)
- Harlesdenbop, I apologize for not responding sooner. If at all possible it would be best to have the exact date in December 1999 this article was published, since the PI is a daily newspaper. That way I can format the citation properly. Also, are you certain that the source calls him "Ra's principle saxophonist" and not "Ra's principal saxophonist"? Thank you... —GrammarFascist contribstalk 23:57, 2 October 2017 (UTC)
And again: As recounted on the French article published by “L’Est Republican” on April 2, 2010, Knoel Scott, after a series of concerts with the Sun Ra Arkestra, decides to move temporarily to Nancy, France. He’s exploring the connection between the music of Django Reinhardt and Charlie Parker, imagining a meeting that never happened between the two great artists in a new project known as Djangology.
- I'm a bit confused by this one, Harlesdenbop... is "L'Est Republican" the title of the article or of the publication? I need the article title, that's an absolute requirement for citations, but it's best to have both the article title and publication title. Please also be 100% sure you are transcribing these sources accurately down to the individual letter and punctuation, especially the foreign language sources like this (it's better not to put in accents like é as e'; if necessary I can figure out what those should be from their unaccented versions and use the correct accented characters, if you can't get them input on your end). Thanks in advance for clearing that up, and thank you for looking up these old print sources! —GrammarFascist contribstalk 23:57, 2 October 2017 (UTC)
GrammarFascist Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. The French article is just called "Jazz Story" and it's in a section of the newspaper L’Est Républicain called "CONCERTS Deux projets jazz investissent la scéne nancéienne. I have a picture copy of the article and carries the date "Vendredi 2 Avril 2010" Harlesdenbop (talk) 00:45, 21 October 2017 (UTC)
GrammarFascistFor what concern the other article, again I have a picture but it doesn't state the exact date. Knoel gave meth details as Philadelphia Inquierer December 1999. It definitely says "principle" Harlesdenbop (talk) 00:53, 21 October 2017 (UTC)
