I would like to request a change to the Title/Heading 1 of this page. As mentioned in the Wikipedia article, the methodology is now using this title: Knowledge-Centered Service (KCS)

Buzz words make this almost unreadable
editWhilst the general principle it is trying to document is sound (staff creating, using and modifying wikipedia-style articles as normal part of their day-to-day troubleshooting is a good idea) the amount of jargon and buzzwords make this a difficult read.Back ache (talk) 07:49, 28 June 2017 (UTC)
