I suggest to keep this article. Koichiro Matsuno is a well-published academic. His contribution to theoretical biology is comparable to that of Robert Rosen and Howard Pattee. There are Wiki entries about these scientists, so it is worth to keep also this one. He also made a substantial contribution to the problem of origin of life, in particular, in relation to the establishment of metabolic cycles in early organisms. The concept of internal measurement was introduced by Matsuno. Robert Rosen's ideas have some relation to it but Rosen did not explicitly formulate this concept. The article about internal measurement definitely needs improvement, while the entry about Matsuno provides an essential information about one of the leading contemporary theoretical biologists.
