Privacy Section?

edit

Most of the privacy section is actually about surveillance and legal interception. It should therefore be split up into two sections since privacy laws do not protect against legal interception and surveillance. --2001:1620:F00:81ED:5D62:1752:F5F8:E4D2 (talk) 18:46, 18 October 2013 (UTC)Reply

Actually privacy laws provide the regulation of legal interception, at least in Switzerland. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 178.197.229.16 (talk) 16:38, 14 April 2014 (UTC)Reply
I've now changed the title of that section to "Privacy of customer data", which I think is clearer and accurate. Gronky (talk) 20:34, 2 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

Notability?

edit

This article relies entirely on references self-published by the subject of the article and associated organizations.

A quick google search makes me doubt that it meets notability requirements, but at the least it needs better references. Sbs9 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 05:54, 8 November 2013 (UTC)Reply

I've improved various parts of the article just now,[1] but I've run out of time and the lack of sources is still a weak point. A quick Google search does indeed turn up articles that confirm notability, and articles that contain information not included in this article. One example is this 2015 interview with Georg Greve:
But I'm out of time. I hope someone does a few web searches and adds sources. Gronky (talk) 20:41, 2 September 2015 (UTC)Reply

The product has been merged into Kolab Now — kashmīrī TALK 20:32, 12 April 2020 (UTC)Reply

Oppose on the grounds that Kolab Now focusses on a service/company, while Kolab focusses on the software; the current arrangement seems to work. Klbrain (talk) 14:00, 9 April 2021 (UTC)Reply
