editLithuanian name for koncerz is a nationalistic anachronism invented by newly educated peasants. Lithuanian upper classy already in late midleages had spoken old Byelorussian. After union with Poland they gradually invented Polish-Russian jargon and in 17 century learned proper Polish. They have never herd of absurd ‘Konciaras’.
