editThis article should not be speedy deleted as being recently created, having no relevant page history and duplicating an existing English Wikipedia topic, because...it has a lot of history in both albania and france side but there are not a lot of sources online that talk about it but it's extremely important --Randomuser2412 (talk) 22:43, 29 July 2024 (UTC)
