Article is recently created and the blurb is interesting. Sources quoted in article are reliable, supports blurb in question. I may recommend shortening it further and hence propose:
- ALT1: ... that an abandoned building in Cheorwon, South Korea used to be the base of operations for the Workers' Party of Korea?
