Wording “was followed by” probably used incorrectly
[edit]The current article text contains:
”It is speculated that the dismissal was followed by tension resulting from Fedorov's staunch stances for reforms[1][2][3] that clashed with Oleksandr Syrskyi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, across multiple issues.”
This wording implies that first there was the dismissal and subsequently there was tension. X is followed by Y implies: first there is X, then there is Y.
It would seem that in reality first there was tension and subsequently there was the dismissal. At least one of the sources referred to indicates this and it is the most probable order of events.
If this is correct, I propose to adapt the text as follows:
”It is speculated that the dismissal followed tensions resulting from Fedorov's staunch stances for reforms[1][2][3] that clashed with Oleksandr Syrskyi, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, across multiple issues.” Redav (talk) 10:59, 16 August 2026 (UTC)
