Kumiko Asō → Kumiko Aso – According to the Manual of Style, Roman-character spellings of modern-day Japanese people's names should be "the form personally or professionally used by the person, if available in the English/Latin alphabet".
Her family name is spelt in Roman characters as "Aso", without the macron, at all the below:
- her agency's page for her
- her JFDB entry
- her Japan Program Catalog entry
- the sales agent's page for Chase: National Taxation Inspector
- the sales agent's page for The Actor
- the sales agent's page for Love & Peace
- the sales agent's page for Fly Me to the Saitama
- GKIDS' press kit for MIRAI. Tempjrds (talk) 11:33, 17 July 2020 (UTC)
