Colonial
edit‘’A Belgian colonial official’’ gives the impression that Fiévez was an official of the Belgian colonial administration. This colonial administration took shape 10 years after his departure. He was not colonial, but an official of the Free State, a country by itself, ruled by a sovereign king, far away. Any more precise designation? ‘’Fiévez was a Belgian official of the Free State of Congo’’? Riyadi (talk) 21:27, 10 February 2021 (UTC)

Sorry…
edit…for the multiple edits trying to get the guy’s name spelled consistently. Doing it on an iPad with a badly cracked screen. Mr Larrington (talk) 02:19, 10 February 2022 (UTC)
