The painting's name is 安南國王至避暑山莊 (The king of An Nam at Chengde Mountain Resort) but it doesn't specify who's the king of An Nam. I've read some sources claim it's Chiêu Thống, others claim it's Quang Trung. Could some one verify if the person in the painting is really Chiêu Thống?
I leaned toward to Quang Trung, because as far as I know there are no record of Chiêu Thống meeting Qianlong at the resort
