editFirst try at an addition. I guess I should have Wikipedia:Sandbox'd beforehand. --Shirt58 10:43, 10 August 2006 (UTC)
Yet more bad edits. Seriously, I am not a Vandal or teenage newb. I've read the Wikipedia:Tutorials and talked to a senior Wikipedian, about things... I'll get it eventually... --Shirt58 08:55, 19 August 2006 (UTC)
- Sorry, material on a novel, copied (apparently) out of the author's bio, does not make an article a bio, nor deserving of the Cats from the author's bio. You fooled another editor, who added (on this (talk) page) {{WPBiography}}, which is equally inappropriate , and which i've removed.

- On later reflection, the talk page edit above, especially 'You fooled another editor', isn't how I would have expected the wikipedia community to welcome and mentor a newbie editor. Article is going well; I'll let this one pass through to the keeper. --Shirt58 11:10, 12 October 2007 (UTC)

editForgetting to capitalize the first word of a sentence? "White build for his own case"? "While conventional justice is not meted out"? I'm sorry I'm just a little confused, the grammars a little sketchy —Preceding unsigned comment added by 137.45.185.234 (talk) 21:39, 23 October 2008 (UTC)

editWhenever I type in LA Quartet at http://www.wikipedia.org, I get an older page. However, if I click on "Article" the page is updated. Glitch or problem with this page? why is this happening?98.224.52.137 (talk) 19:04, 16 April 2012 (UTC) Nevermind. it's working now98.224.52.137 (talk) 23:43, 17 April 2012 (UTC)
characters
editthis section needs a _lot_ of work, and I suggest splitting it out into a separate page - any thoughts? something like "Characters from James Ellroy's LA Quartet universe" PateraIncus (talk) 10:40, 21 April 2012 (UTC)
- I am 100% with you on that PateraIncus. I am just finishing up Perfidia - and I went to wikipedia to try to remember a bit more about Dudley S. I think the dedicated page woudl deserve to be even ""Characters from James Ellroy's" as the Americam Underground series, and some standalones, also share characters with LA.
