Blocked websites?

edit

From the article: 'Today, the government does block access to LGBT themed webpages'. Which sites and is this really the case? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 103.43.78.83 (talk) 13:52, 26 June 2019 (UTC)Reply

Same-sex marriage in Laos is a stub, has no references and would look better in the main article.Knowledgekid87 12:57, 19 June 2009 (UTC)Reply

The sole reference to this article is a US State Department Human Rights Report. That report's sole mention of homosexuality says absolutely nothing about the legal status of homosexuality in Laos:

"Within lowland Lao society, despite wide and growing tolerance of homosexual practices, societal discrimination persisted against such practices."

At the very least some extra citations are needed, and given other sources indicate that homosexuality is technically illegal (see http://www.unescobkk.org/fileadmin/user_upload/arsh/Country_Profiles/Lao_PDR/Chapter_4.pdf ) this may need a full rewrite. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 110.32.46.111 (talk) 11:54, 28 June 2010 (UTC)Reply
