Moneyspender added the following info under "penalties",
[Up to 3 years in prison], with fines and torture. Vigilante attacks and executions also are common.
But there is no mention of torture as a penalty, just prison. (Fines are to be understood, per our other articles.) And vigilante attacks are irrelevant re. legal penalties, unless the police or govt forces are themselves leading them?
So, I reverted that as a POV violation.
As for the list of LGBT right groups that Moneyspender deleted from the lead, I agree there. It's way too much detail, certainly. It might warrant a mention that there are rights groups in the country, but that's almost a given. It's more noteworthy when there aren't. But we can't give a number unless we have a RS that the number is correct.
