editIn places this article reads more like a fan site or shrine to this singer than an encyclopaedia entry. The Neutral Point of View policy has a section called Characterizing opinions of people's work, which says that this sort of thing goes against the policy. The article is full of peacock terms gushing about how marvellous the writer(s) think she is. Here are some examples:
"With her composed demeanor, illuminating smile and beauty, and stunning voice, singer LaToya London captivated the country throughout the thrilling third season of the TV talent show American Idol"
'One listen to the amazing breadth of her Peak Records debut, Love & Life, reveals a remarkably assured new artist who has only begun to show the world what she is made of. Where American Idol introduced millions to a warm and spirited young lady with gospel-hewn vocal power to burn, her first album reveals the flesh and blood woman behind "the voice."'
This is why I have put the 'Neutral Point of View' sticker on it. I think much of the admiration could be pruned out and we would still have a very good article. Brequinda 12:04, 11 August 2005 (UTC)

editThis article does sound like a P.R. piece singing London's praises -- and maybe that's because huge portions of the text are PLAGIARIZED from the bio put out by her record label! Bio on Yahoo! Music --Russ Blau (talk) 22:27, 17 September 2005 (UTC)
