Notability
editAs an elected state politician, this person is automatically notable. I am not sure whether there should be a space between La and Shawn. --Eastmain 02:56, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
Requested move
editLaShawn Ford → La Shawn K. Ford — this is the correct spelling of his name, with the space between La and Shawn and including the middle initial K. Please see his own website lashawnford.com for confirmation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Illinois8th5104 (talk • contribs) 22:08, 6 March 2011 (UTC)
- Done. No objections after 16 days. Most refs show proposed spelling. Station1 (talk) 06:16, 23 March 2011 (UTC)
Picture of La Shawn Ford
editThe picture that is up is NOT La Shawn Ford. It is actually State Representative Marcus C. Evans, Jr. This is a serious issue now since Representative Ford has recently been indicted. Someone needs to address this immediately. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 167.165.222.34 (talk) 21:27, 29 November 2012 (UTC)
