I tried to put this entry up in the French Wikipedia, but someone took it down almost immediately, without my having the opportunity to find out why or rebut any arguments against it. I'm still new to this, though have done almost a dozen articles on various Canadian topics now in English, but this is my first French entry. Please forgive me if I've done something incorrectly.
