Copy/paste dump in the Ireland section

edit

The Ireland section is a mess, clearly copy/pasted from somewhere, bad formatting and all. There's even a link to the article itself!

I'm going to clean out as much as I can, but I'm leaving the (unsourced) reference to Margorie McCall since that's how I found this article in the first place. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2620:0:1045:F:5979:8C93:3801:4E54 (talk) 11:05, 11 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

A copy of a newspaper clipping I have. I can't read the source. "British Wassey?? 11.8.32" The article is titled "KIRK OF EVIE" "A Historic Church in Orkney Home of the Mother of the Erskines". Tells the legend with the subject being Margaret Halcro.

The Scotsman, circ. 28-Nov-1945 This link may retrieve it but I have no subscription to confirm the handwritten transcript my grandfather made of it http://archive.scotsman.com/search/results/1945-11-01/1945-12-01?sortorder=score&basicsearch=%2bhalcro&freesearch=halcro&contenttype=article%2cfamilynotice%2cillustrated%2cmiscellaneous# Tells the story with Margaret Halcro as the subject.

The Times Newspaper, London, 25-Feb-1967. An article "The quiet waters of Evian" by Alison Thomson. The story appears where the subject is the "delicate young wife" of the Seigneur de Blonay. Oleoson (talk) 03:59, 7 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
