Colleges
editWhile I agree that Barat College has been closed since the summer of 2005, the business school is still open. I will make the change to delete Barat College, but keep the link to the business school. Patken4 00:26, 4 January 2006 (UTC)
User:24.34.117.21 is saying that the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management does not exist. Considering that I attend the school, I think I know it exists. Please provide links saying the school does not exist. If they still insist on deleting the link, or otherwise graffiting the page, please consider appropriate actions. Founder
editI'm 90% sure Russell B. Weinberg doesn't exist and didn't found Lake Forest. I live here and have never heard of him and can't find a single thing on him. I'm pretty sure it's just a reference to the Justice Bradley Russell Weinberger that's listed below (the founders name was Bradley R Weinberger for awhile). I'm not even sure Bradley Russell Weinberger, considering I know someone with at least the same first and last names at Lake Forest High School who seems like the type to put his name in here for vanity...
I am 100% sure that you are correct. I also know a Bradley Weinberger who would do such a thing.
You are correct Bradley "Weinburglar" Weinberger is a fake! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.162.36.154 (talk) 04:48, 17 September 2007 (UTC)
I Removed the Red Links
editI got rid of all o' them. --BLuToRsE 12:41, 27 September 2006 (UTC)
- Mistake! Red links serve an important purpose on Wikipedia. Get rid of one by creating an article. This should have been reverted in 2006! rags (talk) 12:11, 24 May 2018 (UTC)

WASP
editI feel the term "WASP elite" in the third paragraph of the history section is racist, offensive, and a violation of Wikipedia:Neutral point of view. Eric Cable ! Talk 16:23, 8 November 2017 (UTC)
You might not like it, but it is true to an extent. The WASP elite is very powerful here (Speaking from a resident's point of view.) Just because you don't like it does not mean it's not true. I would like to note that in reality its not just the anglo Saxons that are elites here, but also Germans, and other groups of whites. Kaiser Kitkat (talk) 15:21, 29 October 2019 (UTC)
NPOV?
editThe fact that the city was one of the last municipalities to have a segregation law is mentioned in the opening, then in the history section, is only mentioned in regards to it being "intended as a form of protection." This certainly makes the article seem to endorse said POV
It is just stating a fact. This is the way history was and its not a violation of NPOV to say whats happened, whether it's ethical or not. It´s important to understand the motives of people, whether they were motivations that had a point of view or not, because they never will because they were someone's point of view. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Kaiser Kitkat (talk • contribs) 15:46, 29 October 2019 (UTC)
