Could someone who has eaten them clarify if there are any similarities in taste between these dishes. If not, this should rightly be a disambiguation page.

Do you mean similarities among fried testicles, liver, etc.? Of course, there are differences, but to the extent that it's considered one dish, it doesn't need disambiguation.
