Nonsensical sentence needs help

edit

The final sentence of the lede states "At the car's press launch Pininfarina said a hatchback was avoided to save the inconvenience to back seat passengers when luggage is loaded, ostensibly draughts" (emphasis added). "Ostensibly draughts" appears out of nowhere, but in context, it seems to be something that Pininfarina was hoping to prevent through going with a "closed" rear of the cabin. But there is no verb or preposition to connect the phrases. If "and" were used to link them, it would at least grammatically make sense, but there's still no explanation (nor even intuition) that would explain why a hatchback would be plagued with drafts (they do seal-up against the weather). Any help making sense of this phrase would be appreciated.

Maybe "of possible drafts" fits? YBSOne (talk) 21:02, 21 September 2024 (UTC)Reply

Predecessor

edit

Predecessor/Successor field in infobox is for the car on the same market segment. Just because a car became defacto a flagship by the absence of a successor to the car from a higher market niche, does not make such car a successor to that market niche. Lancia Flaminia is an F-segment luxury car. Lancia Fulvia, 2000 and Gamma are all E-segment and use similar engines, have similar sizes and wheelbase. YBSOne (talk) 11:36, 21 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
