I started this article but it wouldn't break my heart to see it go; I just happened to have been researching the term and it does seem to be widely used. See for instance http://del.icio.us/tag/language_bank (which I hasten to point out are my bookmarks as of this writing). I think there's fairly good evidence that it doesn't qualify as a neologism, but whether it's worthy of an article or not is debatable. --babbage (talk) 06:52, 14 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
