stroke of genius
editMaybe there should be a reference to the mash-up by Freelance Hellraiser of Last Nite and Genie in a Bottle by Christina Aguilera titled Stroke of Genius. 68.34.190.107 21:19, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
- Actually the song used in "A Stroke of Genius" is "Hard to Explain" not "Last Nite" Doc Strange (talk) 14:29, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
not a parody of Last Nite
editDespite some similarities in film quality and the set, Sum 41's video for Still Waiting is actually a parody of Hard to Explain music video —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.16.97.49 (talk) 17:05, 13 January 2008 (UTC)
Rosenquist's work in the cover
editI believe that the cover art is a painting by James Rosenquist. Does anyone know the title of the work? --Amir E. Aharoni (talk) 15:18, 16 February 2009 (UTC)
Vitamin C
editwho cares the Vitamin C cover? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 190.234.251.35 (talk) 03:42, 10 November 2009 (UTC)
- I agree with the preceding, one sentence would be the maximum I would think appropriate for this info as it unsourced and obviously not particularly noteworthy anywhere besides, perhaps, on Vitamin C (artist) 's page. WesUGAdawg (talk) 00:53, 18 December 2009 (UTC)
- I disagree with the both of you. One sentence on Vitamin C would be inappropriate. Furthermore, Vitamin C is sourced and her cover is noteworthy since her single did chart. Caden cool 21:52, 5 August 2011 (UTC)
- Details about the chart position of Vitamin Cs cover of Last Nite would be more appropriate on a separate page about that artist. Having an entire section of that article committed to a one-cover-hit-wonder is not appropriate, especially considering that the artist was not internationally successful. Wayne Kest (talk) 23:56, 6 October 2013 (UTC)
- No you have it all wrong, the details about her cover and its chart positions belong here. That's how wikipedia works. All cover versions and its details are to be included on the song page, take the time to learn and read up on how things work around here. Furthermore, yes Vitamin C is internationally successful as both a singer and actress. Next time please read her article and read her discography page before posting.
