Timing of the creation of this page
editThis page was added to wikipedia in the anticipation of a similar cyclone forming offshore Florida over the next few days. Thegreatdr 04:49, 19 November 2006 (UTC)
- Yeah, there's been lots of hype I've read about that. KNGU calling for 40-55 kt (G65) winds, which is pretty amazing. – Chacor 10:20, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
Naming of page
editGiven how the Canadian Thanksgiving is about a month earlier than the American one, is a page rename required? At any rate I think it'd be better to have "1984 Thanksgiving Nor'easter" over "Thanksgiving 1984 Nor'easter"... – Chacor 11:08, 21 November 2006 (UTC)
- Oy. That is POV. I'll change the name to "late November". Thanks for the tip. Thegreatdr 02:08, 22 November 2006 (UTC)
Thank you for the infobox
edit...BUT it states that it SNOWED 9 inches in Palm Beach county! This precipitation amount was all rain. =) Thegreatdr 02:42, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
- Oh. Heh. Sorry about that! – Chacor 09:08, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
Thanksgiving was on the 22 that year, not the 23
