Full citations
editSomeone has asked for full citations rather than bare URLs with regard to the web link references in this article. I'm happy to put those in, but the link that is supposed to explain what full citations are doesn't make it clear to me on how to do so - or what a full citation is. Someone want to explain that for me? Thanks Trb333 (talk) 03:24, 1 December 2011 (UTC)
- The basic idea is that besides the URL you also add at least the title of the page/article, and the date it was posted. It'd be good to also add the post's/article's author and/or publisher. You add that information next to the URL and between the ref tags. I fixed the first two refs, if you have the time you can do the other ones.
- You can (but don't have to) use this template: Template:Cite web. (Copypaste the template from there, put it between the ref tags, and fill it in with the information.) Don't worry about messing up, I'll keep this article in my watchlist for now and help fix the refs if needed. — Jean Calleo (talk) 04:34, 1 December 2011 (UTC)
- So how'd I do? Maybe there should be some ratings of this article now? ;-) Trb333 (talk) 06:29, 2 December 2011 (UTC)
- Great! I'm not sure what ratings you're talking about though. — Jean Calleo (talk) 06:34, 2 December 2011 (UTC)
- The little stars at the bottom of the article. Not that I actually care about them. Trb333 (talk) 06:36, 2 December 2011 (UTC)
- Oh, that. I adblocked that box out a while ago (so I wouldn't see it on my browser), it's annoying. Hah. I don't think it's useful or important. — Jean Calleo (talk) 06:41, 2 December 2011 (UTC)
Photos for use on Wikipedia
editI may have a photo of Fenton that I took, which I would be fine with including on Wikipedia for this article. It would be something from the 2006 World Championships. How do I go about getting that done? Trb333 (talk) 06:54, 2 December 2011 (UTC)
