Consideration of career in priesthood

edit

It was announced on his programme "Thinking Allowed" on Radio Four on April 17, 2013 that he had at one time considered going into the priesthood. If any one knows about this, some information on this could go in the article. ACEOREVIVED (talk) 15:35, 24 April 2013 (UTC)Reply

Now retired

edit

This article says that Laurie Taylor was professor sociology at the University of York, and then goes on to say "He is retired from this position". This article would be more informative if it told us the year when he retired from his professorship at the University of York.Vorbee (talk) 16:05, 8 November 2017 (UTC)Reply

The physical resemblance is provocative, as is their relative prominence in British social science and academia, but unfortunately Becky Taylor doesn't appear to have a Wikipedia entry, and nothing I've found online gives any family information for her. Laodah 05:17, 18 July 2018 (UTC)Reply

Spouses in infobox

edit

The infobox only lists one spouse, but the 'Personal life ' section says that she was Taylor's third wife before their divorce? JezGrove (talk) 20:56, 26 April 2020 (UTC)Reply
