Explaining removal from Category:Scottish politicians by city

I have removed this article from Category:Scottish politicians by city. To explain 1) Lavinia Malcolm was primarily associated with Dollar, Clackmannanshire which is not, and never has been a city 2) The category should be for content where politicians are grouped by city 3) It is a container category and such should only include other categories, not individual articles.
