The facts (even the title) of this article are false. There wasn't a Law 4000 but a Statutory Decree/Order (Νομοθετικό διάταγμα in greek) and it was issued Oct. 1959 not 1958. The law didn't advocate public humiliation nor buzz cut's. Those where just a commonplace police abuse, but not instructions in any law.Ah3kal (talk) 10:15, 16 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
