Changing article titles

I'm too new to editing to do this, but changing this article name to U.S. Law Libraries (rather than simply Law Library or American Law Libraries) isn't a bad thing, is it? To make it more than US-based would need input from law librarians around the world, which is not out of the question and I can do some outreach, but are there other or preferred Wikipedia options to consider before changing an article name?

I've recently done a bit of expanding on the Special library article and added a sub section which could be expanded to discuss law libraries in general. If that subsection were to be expanded, it could link to this article which could be re-named "American Law Libraries" to reflect it's geographical bias. Just a thought. I've just added a link to the Palm Beach County Law Library. At the Lee County Law Library, which I currently work for, we do not have a website. I hope that in the near future the Board of Trustees will see the importance of having a website and keeping up with the ever changing, fast paced world we live in. Its totally biased towards the US infact...

...I mean this is the English wikipedia; US law is based on English Common Law and the only reference to that is at the bottom (below the "see also" header as well!!) and the first sentence includes a statement about the most comprehensive ones being in countries like Britain but even in this sentence, in this pathetic bit at the bottom, under the "See Also" header, in a section titled "Foreign Libararies" which is tiny compared the the one for the US, there is still a reference in parentheses to US law libraries. Lol, unbelievable. Never saw such a skewed page on this site since I started editing back in 2005. I suggest some work needs to be done here...ΤΕΡΡΑΣΙΔΙΩΣ(^Ταλκ) 00:36, 12 October 2013 (UTC)
