Is LeBron's son really notable enough for his own article right now? I mean, come on, the kid is 13 years old. Sure there is coverage, but most if it is in relation to his more notable father. Give him 2 or 3 years and a good article could be about him, but now I'm inclined to have a redirect. ~EDDY (talk/contribs)~ 01:33, 3 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

  • @Editorofthewiki: Just because he is 13 years old, it does not mean he can't be notable. The sources are there, if you look through the references, and most of them cover LeBron James Jr. as an independent person (not just as LeBron's son). There is so much information on him that this article could be promoted to GA-class with a little more work. Clearly passes WP:GNG in my opinion. Runningibis (talk) 13:44, 3 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
Oppose merger. There's sufficient information to keep it a separate article imo. Article well sourced (enough sources talk about him as an independent person). Meets WP:BASIC and WP:GNG. -throast 21:33, 3 August 2018 (UTC)
Oppose merger. Agree with above, there is adequate information to keep it separate. --Shreerajtheauthor(talk)

Bronny James should be merged

edit

He's not notable. You might as well make Wikipedia articles for every one. The opposing argument is based on someone having news media talking about him. Everyone always talks about the children of celebrities like le Bron James. That doesn't mean Wikipedia should have articles for children. 2600:100F:B1D5:C8AE:FD07:1143:228:4D6D (talk) 20:03, 26 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

The article includes plenty of reliable sources with significant coverage to easily meet WP:BIO notability criteria. You're free to nominate the it for deletion, but I'm confident that would be a waste of your time. OhNoitsJamie Talk 20:28, 26 December 2021 (UTC)Reply

Bronny James has been contracted to the G-League to split time with the South Bay Lakers. 204.83.75.10 (talk) 02:03, 26 October 2024 (UTC)Reply

He's not on a two-way contract, so it'll be an assignment, not "contracted" with the G League. —Bagumba (talk) 04:10, 26 October 2024 (UTC)Reply
