Pictures

Okay, I know we want better pictures here, and we're working on it. We want beautiful African women wearing traditional clothing shopping and men on folding chairs discussing politics in French and Wolof. We'll get there. This was about 2pm on a Saturday afternoon. --Knulclunk 05:11, 28 October 2007 (UTC)Reply

Opportunity for photos & location

edit

Hi folks, I was just up there this afternoon, and there's really nothing in the block between St.Nicholas and Morningside except apartment buildings and a bodega. The two blocks of 116th running east from Adam Clayton Powell Jr. (where the photo was taken) are a much better location, and it continues to grow North up ACPjr. I'm not sure how to ref this. The Phone Book? Also July 25th is the Mouride celebration on 116th street. NYC area Wikipedian's (such as myself) may want to visit with a camera. T L Miles (talk) 20:47, 24 June 2008 (UTC)Reply
