Leadership Accountability a true leader when he makes a mistake will stand before his peers and tell the truth. Also a leader will lead his people in the right direction and not into corruption and discord. A leader is the person who wants to take his people to as most christians say the promise land. To do this a leader has to set the example. I am a member of Alcoholics Anonymous. I paid a very high price for my indiscretions. I lost my children and two wives to the disease of alcoholism and addiction actually my first wife chose money over her family. Today because people placed bets on my sobriety and my recovery I still suffer with the loss of my children and with my relationships. Everyday I ask God to relieve me from this prison that has been created for me, but when I pray I practice the prayers in the Alchoholics Anonymous text, I go to church, I still live with my parents because the money that the Department of Veterans Affairs gives me is not enough for me to make it own my on. Nobody really wants to hire somebody with and assault background. I still try to fight the good fight and that I will not quit until Justice has been served.--C. A.
