Move proposal

IMHO, A proper title for this article is "Chang Yeong-ja fraud scandal", since it is commonly known as "장영자 사기사건" in Korean. First, there could be possibly many combination of Lee and Chang, since both are common surnames in Korea. Second, Chang Yeong-ja(장영자) is more well-known than her husband Lee Cheol-hee(이철희). If we use both Lee Cheol-hee and Chang Yeong-ja in the title, it would be too long. Last, Chang Yeong-ja plotted this fraud scandal using her husband's influence. Lee might had involved in the scandal, but Chang did most job. As far as I know, Chang married to Lee in 1982 and previously divorced twice.(included her personal info to show that Lee's role was supportive in this 1982 scandal.)

In short, I propose to move the page from Lee-Chang scandal to Chang Yeong-ja (fraud) scandal. --- PBJT (talk) 22:50, 3 June 2012 (UTC)
