Hello, I am planning on reviewing this article for GA Status, over the next couple of days. Thank you for nominating the article for GA status. I hope I will learn some new information, and that my feedback is helpful.

If nominators or editors could refrain from updating the particular section that I am updating until it is complete, I would appreciate it to remove a edit conflict. Please address concerns in the section that has been completed above (If I've raised concerns up to references, feel free to comment on things like the lede.)

I generally provide an overview of things I read through the article on a first glance. Then do a thorough sweep of the article after the feedback is addressed. After this, I will present the pass/failure. I will use strikethrough tags when concerns are met. Even if something is obvious why my concern is met, please leave a message as courtesy.

Best of luck! you can also use the {{done}} tag to state when something is addressed. Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 11:18, 21 February 2018 (UTC)Reply

Please let me know after the review is done, if you were happy with the review! Obviously this is regarding the article's quality, however, I want to be happy and civil to all, so let me know if I have done a good job, regardless of the article's outcome.

Unfortunately not it would seem, I've searched quite considerably but there doesn't seem to be much to add. Kosack (talk) 19:10, 12 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
  • .[10] Two months later, he made his Champions League debut for Liverpool against Galatasaray. He played the full 90 minutes at right-back as Liverpool lost 3–2 - for this to have happened, there must have been a huge shortage of players. Is there anything on why this happened? Playing in the Champions League is a ridiculously huge deal in comparison to some of the other pieces of information. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 15:12, 12 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
Liverpool had already confirmed qualification to the next round so the result was largely meaningless. As such, several reserve and youth players were given a run out. Kosack (talk) 19:10, 12 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
This is fairly common, usually when a young player's team has pretty much decided that they're not gonna be retained. This allows the youth player a better chance of finding a new team. Kosack (talk) 19:10, 12 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

  • "After much speculation regarding Peltier's position lf captain" - typo? Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 08:14, 15 August 2019 (UTC) - DoneReply
  • "After much speculation regarding Peltier's position lf captain, despite captaining Leeds during 2013–14 pre-season and for the opening two games of the season, Peltier was replaced in the role by teammate Rodolph Austin who returned to the side against Leicester City on 11 August 2013" this whole sentence needs better flow actually. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 08:14, 15 August 2019 (UTC) - DoneReply
  • Leeds announced that Peltier had signed for Nottingham Forest on loan, however Forest owner Fawaz Al-Hasawi announced the same day that the deal hadn't been completed,[60] leading to confusion over which club Peltier was contracted to - "leading to" isn't quite right, there was clearly already some confusion. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 08:14, 15 August 2019 (UTC) - DoneReply
  • Peltier revealed upon his return to Leeds that he wasn't sure what his future would hold - I know this means afterwards, but it's placement is confusing, reads as though he went from being at Forrest back to Leeds, and then back on loan Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 08:14, 15 August 2019 (UTC) - DoneReply
  • The image captions aren't my favourite. They seem more like altext than captions. Can they not read something like "Peltier playing for Leicester City in 2011, making 40 appearances."? Or similar? They just don't seem very helpful right now - the images don't show a lot. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 08:14, 15 August 2019 (UTC) - DoneReply

  • "a hard working defensive type of player who likes to tackle and pass the ball. I get about the pitch quite well and keep it simple." - The "I" in this quote is off, considering we are talking about the player can we use [He gets] about..? Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 08:17, 15 August 2019 (UTC) - DoneReply
  • Peltier is close friends with fellow footballer James Vaughan. - Is this in any way notable? Footballers being friends with other footballers seems super unnotable. Best Wishes, Lee Vilenski (talkcontribs) 08:17, 15 August 2019 (UTC) - Removed Reply
