Image copyright problem with File:The1stLegion.JPG
editThe image File:The1stLegion.JPG is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

- That this article is linked to from the image description page.

"Differences" section
editWe really shouldn't say that the various revelations about the Johns-era Legion are "not consistent with the Legion of Super-Heroes' history" unless some reliable source has drawn that conclusion. It would be better to note new ideas (such as Dream Girl's powers deriving from the Dreaming) and apparent inconsistencies (such as Karate Kid's resurrection) more neutrally. I'm not enough of a Legion expert to know the best way to phrase this, but I'm sure that "not consistent" is too loaded. —Josiah Rowe (talk • contribs) 03:23, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
- I concur. I think the term retcon (retroactive continuity) is the appropriate neutral term to identify 'inconsistencies' like those identified above. As another example, it is my understanding that the three Legions have been 'retconned' to be from Earth-0, Earth 247, and Earth Prime respectively.Kbloodworth (talk) 13:30, 1 September 2009 (UTC)
- Is "Earth-0" what they're calling "New Earth," or what used to be "Earth-1," nowadays? In any case, I agree that "retcon" is the most appropriate term to use. Nutiketaiel (talk) 16:47, 1 September 2009 (UTC)

"Creative Team" in infobox
editI'm curious why the infobox entries under "Creative Team" all begin with v.2. Many of the most famous writers and pencillers (Bridwell, Bates, Swan, Shooter, etc.) aren't shown because of this. Is there a reason behind this decision? · rodii · 17:36, 27 October 2018 (UTC)
