This article is absolutely terrible, therefore I have added the "cleanup tag" to it. Could someone who knows a bit about this topic rewrite it? (I do not know enough myself, I am afraid). A couple of examples:
"Leitrim have created a significant impact on GAA history" - I do not see this from the article
"Leitrim were a force in the 1920s, winning an impressive haul of one Connacht and zero All-Ireland titles" - this is simply ridiculous
"the best player to ever play for leitrim was a young man with the name of thomas hanlon he won 3 all stars in his time as a inter county player." - speaks for itself
"The first county to benefit under the parentage rule was also the first to lose their big catch, and the loss of Declan Darcy to Dublin created difficulties in 1998." - I am afraid I do not understand what this means. Pommes104 (talk) 11:16, 19 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
