Infobox FBI Ten Most Wanted TfD

edit

{{Infobox FBI Ten Most Wanted}} has been nominated for deletion. As this template is transcluded here, contributors to the "Leo Burt" article may want comment in the discussion here. I propose that if the template is deleted, then most transclusions would be changed to {{Infobox Criminal}}. -- Mark Chovain 01:29, 14 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

when?

edit

Was he on the most wanted list for six years and now is not? Is he "currently" on the list? As of when? He has not been captured? As of when? From the article, there is no way of telling if this info is current as of last night or 5 years ago. - Mdsummermsw (talk) 03:49, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

You obviously didn't read the infobox which listed his dates on the most wanted list. http://www.fbi.gov/wanted/fugitives/dt/burt_lf.htm clearly linked in the external links, shows he is still a wanted person on the domestic terrorism list. He has been a fugitive since his indictment and will be a wanted man until captured or it has been so long he could not reasonably be living. If you have any problem with that wording, fix it yourself, don't throw a bunch of templates down asking for information that is already in the article or availableby 1 single click of the mouse.. --Dual Freq (talk) 12:27, 18 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Date of birth

edit

His correct and validated date of birth is April 18, 1948. FBI wanted posters also show April 15, 1950, not because that is a possible date of birth but because that is a date that he might have used/still be using while a fugitive. All credible sources point to the April 18 birthdate and to the fact that he was 22 at the time of the bombing in August 1970. --Crunch (talk)

Ideology?

edit

The FBI has this guy on their domestic terrorism watchlist. Does anyone know what his ideology is? (most of the other people on the watch list seem to be enviornmentalists, racially violent, or communist) I want to know why this guy does what he does. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.68.130.234 (talk) 15:12, 14 June 2011 (UTC)Reply
