Suggested improvements
editThe article is generally in need of references. For example, the contributor needs to say where Barden claimed that his favourite game was the one against Weaver Adams in 1950 at Hastings. In addition, it seems as if the Barden v. Adams game was the one at Hastings in 1951, not 1950. See: http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1013635. --kscally 13:17, 3 May 2008 (UTC)
- I have reassessed the article's quality as C-class. While it meets the requirements of most of the criteria for B-class (as any good C-class should), it lacks suitable references and I think its critical here. General fact-checking is required here as well as a check over the tone of the article which at times is a little promotional. Chessmetrics is used in this article more than once, something I'm uneasy about. If the sources are around, then there's definitely the basis for a B-class and I'd support it when it's time comes, but not now. Jkmaskell (talk) 23:29, 7 January 2017 (UTC)
