This is a disambiguation page; first names are only relevant here if they are something a person might type expecting to get that person. Modern people (outside royalty and nobles) are not known by first names in formal contexts, and people do not expect to find them here.     • I know that. The question was how the current functionality of Leonore should be dealt with. Simply moving as proposed will create wrong links.
