Not sure what the guidelines are here, but I don't think "III Sonate" is acceptable on English Wikipedia (and similarly for other generic titles- I assume? Stimmungsbild generally doesn't have to be translated, for instance.), and I'm sure "Chambermusic" isn't, when it's not the actual title of a work as opposed to a repeated typographical/translation error (perhaps from Dutch or German) as here.
