Intro: the driver
editRemoved from intro:
- The driver that had hit her was so intoxicated he had to be restrained and taken into custody.
Whose opinion is it that he "had to be" restrained? And who cares anyway? Why not say that he was arrested on the scene? Or that he hit a cop, etc.? --Uncle Ed 20:02, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
This article needs references
editThis whole article is so woefully unreferenced that I have several times considered nominating it for deletion; only the fact that the book was written by an unquestionably notable author has stayed my hand. I would support reducing the whole thing to a two-sentence stub until some actual sources can be added- and yes, I did search for some, and no, I couldn't find them. Is there any independent verification of any of the facts in the article? -FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 12:59, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
- The book itself tends to be a good source. 72.192.55.156 (talk) 15:06, 24 June 2008 (UTC)
I too would suggest reading the book. -mandragor —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.238.49.65 (talk) 07:58, 17 December 2008 (UTC)
