perhaps someone who's a bit more wiki-savy can link this to the Weingarten Rights article and vice-versa? thanksGabenowicki 02:04, 9 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

Perhaps someone who is a bit more Weingarten-savy can add an explanation of why this case went to the Supreme Court? -- RHaworth 04:39, 9 February 2006 (UTC)Reply

I guess my intention was to have 3 distinct articles: Leura Collins, NLRB v. J. Weingarten, and Weingarten Rights (which already exists). This article does end rather abruptly though, and it would be nice to have some info on the process before it reached the supreme court, but that's not exactly my specialty.Gabenowicki 18:08, 9 February 2006 (UTC)Reply
