Hello, I think it would be beneficial to add additional information regard levan polysaccharide. I was thinking of adding at least three categories to this page. One category would be diving deeper into the origin of the structure of levan and where it is found. A second category would discuss what type of reactions levan undergoes, its properties, where it is produced, and where it is consumed. The third category would discuss the applications of levan in the real world and also experiments. Do these adjustments to this article seem okay with you? Thank you
