The statement "It is a selective antagonist of the dopamine D2 receptors *and 5-HT4 agonist*" is in clear contradiction with "Levosulpiride appears to lack effects on norepinephrine, acetylcholine, *serotonin*, histamine, and gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) receptors."
