Brian Pillman Jr. → Lexis King – He's been in WWE for nearly a year. The other way round, WWE to AEW generally has people get the page changed within a week, maybe a month. Therefore, this page should be moved to his WWE name. Muur (talk) 03:49, 3 April 2024 (UTC)
- Support, no-brainer, although it’s more like six months. BPJ doesn’t have some pedigree where it would be a difficult ask to move (c.f. Edge), so there’s no reason we shouldn’t move as soon as we can. Sceptre (talk) 19:40, 5 April 2024 (UTC)
- Support Google has 205.000 results for Brian Pillman Jr., 9.760.000 for Lexis King. Looks like King became the COMMONNAME. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 14:47, 8 April 2024 (UTC)
- Comment if anything, that still just shows how much more relevant wwe is that their c brand generates that many clicks for their wwe names vs their aew names.Muur (talk) 00:30, 9 April 2024 (UTC)
- WP:COMMONNAME states "(Wikipedia) it generally prefers the name that is most commonly used (as determined by its prevalence in a significant majority of independent, reliable, English-language sources)". Google Search is also a parameter to take into consideration. It's normal to say that the name used in the biggest platform (WWE is the largest promotion in the world, NJPW is number 1 in Japan, AEW has a huge vierweship) it's the most commonly used rather than the name used on independent or regional promotions. At the end, every article is a different case. --HHH Pedrigree (talk) 08:54, 9 April 2024 (UTC)
