Cleanup

edit

This article was only recently created so I don´t know why it´s been tagged for cleanup. Perhaps someone could be more specific? Welshleprechaun 20:58, 8 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

What I meant was the way the whole thing is laid out. Firstly the article discusses the history, mentioning a number of libraries, then gives an overview, then talks in detail about Cardiff Central Library, which I can only presume is the 'main' library, but it doesn't state that. Then it goes on to talk about branch libraries. The wording and references are fantastic, but the layout, to someone unfamiliar with libraries in Cardiff, might be a little confusing. Any ideas for a layout? Welshleprechaun 10:24, 9 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
I've just read through most of the article and I've decided to remove the cleanup tag. I was probaly a bit hasty in adding it, but when I skim read it before it didn't seem right. Nice job with the article—it's surprisingly interesting. Regards, WackyWace converse | contribs 15:00, 9 August 2010 (UTC)Reply
If it does need cleaning up, by all means keep the tag. Obviously I don´t know how it reads for someone else so if you can suggest how it could be improved, I´ll work on it. Welshleprechaun 19:08, 9 August 2010 (UTC)Reply

Very out of date and overdetailed

edit

I've added the 'outdated' template to the article. It is particularly out of date in a number of places, particularly because of the recent high profile funding cuts, service reductions and closures in Cardiff. Having so much unencyclopedic detail (numbers of computers, details of facilities) is particularly problematic because it is quickly outdated and can be better accessed via the library service website.
