I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: The article needs more citations to secondary sources in order to clearly demonstrate that it meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline. Additionally, you shouldn't be citing primary sources to support claims like the kind included in the Significance section..
