Why?

edit

Why should the 1930 Liliom be split into a separate article if the 1934 version has not been? The 1934 film is, I hear, much better than the 1930 one. AlbertSM (talk) 18:52, 9 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Besides, this section of the article covers all film versions of Liliom, not just the 1930 one.AlbertSM (talk) 18:51, 9 January 2009 (UTC)Reply

Film Adaptations

edit

I removed this phrase about the 1956 film: "the motion picture has since taken its place as one of the Rodgers and Hammerstein film classics."

In case it is necessary to justify my deletion, I offer (aside from my personal opinion and a cursory Google search) "The Rodgers and Hammerstein Encyclopedia" at http://books.google.com/books?id=CsbEP_Mu50EC&pg=PA41&lpg=PA41&dq=carousel+bench+scene+script&source=bl&ots=Wz4i9AFRt2&sig=1Um12TlBbbC0BhSRP9yMSM7-1-k&hl=en&sa=X&ei=4uQ-VLveBdDioAS_1oHYAQ&ved=0CJoBEOgBMBQ#v=onepage&q=carousel%20bench%20scene%20script&f=false in which is is stated: "time has not been good to [this] screen Carousel and especially in light of the better film versions of other R&H musicals, this one is a major a major disappointment." — Preceding unsigned comment added by David Couch (talkcontribs) 04:56, 16 October 2014 (UTC)Reply

Fiscúr or Ficsur?

edit

Which is correct? Both spellings are given. Pelarmian (talk) 10:37, 5 January 2016 (UTC)Reply
