Related to Harold Ross?
editIs she any relation to The New Yorker's first editor Harold Ross? It doesn't look like it, but they share an uncommon last name that begs the question. Does anyone know for sure? —MiguelMunoz (talk) 06:34, 4 February 2010 (UTC)
- almost for sure not. Harold Ross's name is not shortened form.--Jrm2007 (talk) 05:41, 3 October 2010 (UTC)
Date of birth (June 8)
editRv DOB -- unsourced. Year of birth derived from census records (see links). Quis separabit? 14:13, 6 June 2015 (UTC)
Girl with the Built-in Tape Recorder
editI heard on the Radio Four series Last Word tonight (October 15 2017) that somebody called her "The Girl with the Built-in Tape Recorder". If anybody knows who it was who gave her this nickname, this could go in the article. Vorbee (talk) 19:36, 15 October 2017 (UTC)
Bibliography
editI have commenced a tidy-up of the Bibliography section using cite templates. Capitalization and punctuation follow standard cataloguing rules in AACR2 and RDA, as much as Wikipedia templates allow it. ISBNs and other persistent identifiers, where available, are commented out, but still available for reference. This is a work in progress; feel free to continue. Reporting Two
editThe bibliography on this page references a book "Reporting Two Simon & Schuster, 1969". Does this book actually exist? I can't find any strong evidence of it, and a Google search only seems to bring up things copying this Wiki page. Mpaldridge (talk) 14:04, 22 February 2023 (UTC)
